The Customer is informed of the regulations regarding marketing communication, the law of 21 June 2014 for trust in the digital economy, the Data Protection and Freedom Act of 6 August 2004 as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
Data collection and purpose
Cableurope may process all or part of the data submitted via the contact form (Name, Company, Email, Phone, City, Country, Sector of activity) for :
- Enable customer relationship management and respond to requests.
- Prevent and fight against computer fraud (spamming, hacking…).
- Improve navigation on the Site : connection and usage data. Cableurope does not market your personal data which is only used by necessity or for statistical purposes.
Retention and Non-communication of data
Your personal data is kept for the duration necessary to manage the business relationship. Cableurope undertakes not to transfer, rent or sell your data to third parties. The only persons having access to this data are internal agents of Cableurope in charge of the sales department.
